The rooms at this hip new hotel were well-appointed with a balcony. Also, location was favourable, not very far from Ciclovia Beira Mar Norte. Besides, it was just off the centre of town and the center and Florianópolis.

Convenient location, close to shops, eateries, and a shopping mall. Helpful and efficient staff. Clean and well-designed rooms. Quiet surroundings and a supermarket nearby. 👍

Favourable and great location, Hercilio Luz airport was 0.5 miles away. I had executive queen room that also was complete with AC and a 14 "laptop, as example. The staff were exceptionally kind and pleasant.

The rooms at Porto da Ilha are absolutely fantastic! They are stylish, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities you need for a good night's sleep. The air conditioning keeps the room nice and cool, and the minibar is a great bonus. The cable TV and desk are also handy for entertainment and work purposes. the rooms have a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made my stay truly enjoyable.

My only gripe is that the room did not have a bathtub. But hey, that's just my personal preference and others might not mind at all.

Comfortable room, but I could see a big difference between premium and regular suites. Friendly staff, clean room, silent air conditioner. Nice tv and good shower. I had to work and study, and the desk was good and the wifi internet was fast and free of charge.

The restaurant did not live up to the hotel standards. Breakfast fruits were not washed and room service was not able to absorb small complexity (eg they couldn't make a hamburger without ham, which really sounds silly). Parking was very expensive (15$/night).

Such a very nice stay of town of Florianopolis. Central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television in the room and the comfortable bed. Great parking and large breakfast with several options.

Located in a convenient area, this hotel is close to the historical town and bus station. A few steps from it there are restaurants and a great supermarket. Rooms are modern and clean, with a safe, fridge, and AC. They offer a nice breakfast with many healthy options. The staff is friendly and the cleaning service is effective. The hotel also has free Wi-Fi and two computers in the lobby for clients to use.

The hotel could benefit from better sound isolation in the rooms.

Simple, clean and everything is present

The hotel is very old, rooms are very small. Only good thing to say is free internet.

The door of the room cannot be locked from inside. The doors are opened by a key, yes a key. Only one lamp at the double bedside. Immediately after pulling teh key out from the electricity slot the room falls into complete darkness.

The hotel had a nice restaurant, 24-hour front desk, and even a shuttle service for a surcharge. The amenities were modern and the staff tried their best to accommodate my needs.

I absolutely loved how slow the internet was, it was such a pleasure trying to work with that.

Friendly staff, good location near downtown, great value for money. One night we struggled to find open restaurants nearby, but overall I'll recommend this hotel.
